- Why do you use fabric to make pet accessories?
Pets wear their collars and harnesses anywhere between an hour during walks and even up to 24 hours in some cases. We think it is very important for them to be comfortable in what they wear. The fabrics we use feel soft around their necks and bodies. They are especially beneficial for reducing rashes and fur breakage due to friction caused during usage.
- Are the fabric pet accessories strong enough to use for dogs?
The products are strengthened using additional layers between the fabric. All products undergo rigorous quality monitor tests for months with dogs of all sizes and activity levels, before they approved for production.
- What are the care instructions for the pet accessories?
We recommend hand-washing and sun-drying the products. Do not scrub with a brush.
*Pro-tip: Soaking them in water with a little bit of baking soda and vinegar, before washing, will help eliminate the stench.
Would the metallic fittings rust during usage and wash?
All our metallic fittings have a layer of coating on them which protects them from moisture. This reduces the chances of rusting due to rain, wash or a fun day at the beach!
- When will you offer more products?

- How do I pick the right size for my pet?
All products have specific instructions on how to measure the pet and to arrive at the apt size. These details are available on the product pages on our website. - Can I request customizations for my order?
We are happy to help our customers get the perfect fit for their pets and to that end, we are happy to make customizations.
However, at this point, we do not do customizations for colour, design, adding a name, etc. We will keep you posted if and when we do add these options.
- Something I want is not in stock. Can you make it on request?

- What form of payments do you accept?
We accept payment via the payment gateways – CCAvenue and RazorPay – which lets you use net banking, credit cards, debit cards from various banks and select e-wallets.
- What do I do when my card gets rejected or payment doesn’t go through for other reason?

- How much will it charge to ship my order?
Our products ship for free within India.
- Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but watch for our updates soon on this.
- Do you offer COD?
Yes, we do.
- When will my order ship and when should I expect to receive it?
Orders once placed usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Delivery times would vary from 2-3 working days in Mumbai, to 3-5 working days for the rest of the country.
- What is your return policy?
PetWale allows hassle free returns and exchanges for unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 15 days of purchase with no questions asked. If the product we ship is defective we would cover your return shipping.

- Can I exchange items from my order?
If you have issues with sizing or selection we provide exchanges to get you the right product. If the size requested by you is not available then you will be given an option to avail store credit. - I think I received defective/wrong merchandise, what do I do?
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), please notify us including a picture of the defect. In most cases we'll be able to send out a replacement ASAP, but we only cover actual defects, not wear and tear. If the product we ship is defective we would cover your return shipping. - When will my return be refunded?
Once your package is received at our customer care address, your store credit will be processed within 2 business days. We will inspect your returned item(s) and then contact you via email with the refund confirmation.
